The International Leadership Alumni Conference (ILAC) is a group of like-minded leaders who are mostly graduates of rural and agricultural leadership programs from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Scotland, and the United States. ILAC is designed to promote networking and professional development for the alums of these programs and others interested in the experience. ILAC provides a great venue to meet other alums, visit the host state or country, and learn more about their agriculture and rural issues.

This year's ILAC Conference is set for September 2 - 5, 2025, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Discover how Pennsylvania's rural and urban identities converge to shape leadership, foster innovation, and strengthen communities at this year's dynamic "Rurban"-themed alumni conference.

Conference details are now finalized, and RLNDAA is compiling a list of alumni interested in attending to assist with registration and explore potential carpooling or share travel arrangements. If would like to attend, please complete the ILAC Registration Questionnaire below by August 1, 2025.

RLNDAA ILAC Registration Policy

  • Registrant must be a Lifetime or current dues paid member.
  • If RLNDAA pays for the registration and the person does not attend and we are unable to get a refund, the individual will be responsible for reimbursing the non-endowed fund the full amount of the registration plus 5%. 
  • Priority given to Alumni who have not attended a previous ILAC.
  • Alumni understand they are responsible for all expenses related to attending the conference outside of the registration fees provided by RLNDAA i.e. travel and personal expenses
  • ILAC conference attendees will provide a report to the board on their experience including written or other media the organization can use for promotional materials.

  • Number of registrations accepted based on the amount of funds available.
